Some protesters noticed the gentleman below taking pictures of protesters and suspect he was the same individual taking pictures at the Centennial Building in Fredericton a few weeks ago. Since the gentleman is sporting a gun inside his coat in this picture, it is thought he is plainclothes RCMP or working for a private investigator company.
