ROTHESAY - The Rothesay New Democratic Party Electoral District
Association has called a meeting for 7pm on Monday, June 4, to nominate a
candidate for the seat vacated by Margaret-Ann Blaney. The meeting will be
held at the Royal Canadian Legion Kennebecasis Branch No 85, at 61 Marr
Rd.
The public are welcome to attend; only eligible members of the Rothesay
New Democratic Party Association are eligible to vote.
Leader Dominic Cardy is expected to win the nomination and run in the by-election. If Cardy wins, it will give the party it's first seat in the House since Elizabeth Weir stood down to run Efficiency New Brunswick in October 2005.
